Summary

This study is testing a program called WeCan-Rural for breast cancer survivors living in rural, underserved areas. The program includes 12 weekly video sessions to help manage symptoms like pain and fatigue, and build healthy habits around eating, exercise, and weight. The goal is to see if the program is helpful and can lower heart disease risk. About 40 women who have finished cancer treatment will take part.
