Summary
This study is testing whether a web-based platform called Cognishine can help adults with cognitive and speech problems after a brain injury or stroke. Instead of using paper exercises, patients will do therapy on a tablet or computer. The goal is to see if this digital approach is practical and user-friendly in a busy hospital setting.
