Summary

This study tests a web-based program for people who are worried about their romantic partner's drinking. The program teaches skills like self-care and positive communication. Researchers will first study 50 couples to understand daily patterns, then develop the program with 15 partners, and finally test it in 110 couples to see if it improves mental health and relationship quality.
