Summary
This study tests a single, self-guided online session designed to reduce stress and unhelpful behaviors in caregivers of people with OCD. The program aims to be more accessible than traditional treatments by removing barriers like cost and travel. Researchers will enroll 110 caregivers to see if the session improves caregiver well-being and reduces how much they accommodate OCD symptoms.
