Virtual role-play curbs stimulant pill sharing among college students

Summary

This study tested a web-based simulation to help college students with ADHD prescriptions avoid giving away or misusing their medication. About 250 students from three universities used the program, which taught them how to say no to requests for their pills and how to talk to their doctor. The goal was to reduce dangerous sharing and misuse of stimulant drugs.
