First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a wearable activity tracker and a smartphone exercise app can help teenagers (13-18) with cancer feel less tired and improve their daily life. Half of the 50 participants will follow an 8-week video-guided exercise program, while the other half receives standard care. Researchers will measure fatigue and quality of life before, during, and after the program to see if this digital approach is safe and helpful.
