Summary
This study explores whether wearable devices can help people with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers. Twenty participants with dementia and their family caregivers will use a wristwatch that tracks activity and sleep, and some will also try light therapy glasses to improve sleep and mood. Researchers will check if the devices are easy to use and if they help reduce behavioral symptoms and caregiver burden.
