Summary
This study tests whether using smart wearable devices (like fitness trackers) along with a mobile health program can improve heart health in overweight or obese adults who have early signs of heart problems, such as slightly high blood pressure or blood sugar. Researchers will track changes in a heart health score called Life's Essential 8 over 6 months. The goal is to find a practical way to prevent heart disease in this high-risk group.
