First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study is testing whether using smart wearable devices and a mobile health program can help overweight or obese people with early signs of heart problems (like slightly high blood pressure or blood sugar) improve their heart health. About 1,400 adults will be tracked for 6 to 12 months to see if their overall heart health score gets better. The goal is to prevent these conditions from turning into serious heart disease.
