Summary
This study tests if a less invasive needle-based treatment (thermal ablation) works as well as surgery to cure a hormone disorder called primary aldosteronism, which causes high blood pressure. About 122 adults with the condition will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see if the needle treatment can normalize blood pressure and hormone levels without the need for long-term medication.
