NCT ID NCT07156708
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining water aerobics with simple mental tasks (like memory games) can improve thinking and memory in older women who are not currently active. About 98 women aged 60-75 will be split into three groups: water aerobics with brain games, water aerobics alone, or no exercise. The goal is to see if the combo offers extra benefits for brain health compared to exercise alone.
