Nighttime screen time hurting your health? this study tests 3 simple fixes

NCT ID NCT06963736

Summary

This study is testing if simple, at-home strategies can reduce the health risks linked to too much evening screen time. Researchers are recruiting 30 adults at risk for heart disease and diabetes to try strategies like avoiding food after 8 PM, blocking blue light, and breaking up long sitting periods. The goal is to see if these easy changes can improve blood sugar control, sleep, and other health markers.
