Summary

This study tested whether soaking feet in warm water (40°C) for 20 minutes, one hour before pituitary tumor surgery, could lower anxiety and improve vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate. One hundred adults scheduled for surgery took part. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free method could help patients feel more relaxed before an operation.
