Summary

This study aims to find out if using infrared heat or a therapeutic massage is better as a warm-up before exercise. Researchers will measure how these methods affect jump height, balance, and flexibility in 100 healthy young adults. The goal is to gather knowledge to help people choose effective warm-up routines.
