Summary

This study tested a program called SHARP-CG, designed to support older Black caregivers of people with dementia. Small groups walked together three times a week for 16 weeks, using a tablet to view historical photos of their neighborhood as conversation starters. Researchers measured if this combined physical and social activity improved caregivers' sleep, mood, and feelings of burden.
