Summary
This study tested whether personalized text messages could help 100 caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease develop a daily walking habit. Over 12 weeks, participants received texts encouraging them to walk at least 1,000 steps in a set period each day. The goal was to see if 60% of caregivers could make walking a regular habit, aiming to improve their physical health and well-being.
