Summary

This study tested whether a drug called solriamfetol, which promotes wakefulness, could help adults with stable brain tumors (gliomas) feel less sleepy and fatigued, and improve their memory and quality of life. The main goal was to check the drug's safety at different doses. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only two participants.
