Summary

This study is testing whether a computer-based decision support system can help doctors better prevent dangerous blood clots (venous thromboembolism) in patients hospitalized with traumatic brain injury. The research will involve 15,000 adult patients across seven hospitals. The goal is to see if this system improves how consistently doctors follow established prevention guidelines.
