Summary
This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) or a sedative drug (dexmedetomidine) is better at lowering anxiety and stress in women having a planned cesarean section. About 52 mothers will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to help mothers feel calmer during surgery without harming the baby.
