VR glasses aim to train future paramedics in disaster medicine

NCT ID NCT07361835

Summary

This study aims to see if using virtual reality (VR) glasses is a good way to train paramedic students how to treat crush syndrome, a serious condition from crushing injuries. Researchers will compare VR training to traditional classroom lessons for a group of 61 students. They will measure how much the students learn, how satisfied they are with the training, and how immersive the VR experience feels.
