This study investigates whether adding virtual reality therapy to standard physical therapy (hot packs, TENS, and exercises) can improve outcomes for adults with chronic neck pain lasting at least 12 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either conventional treatment alone or conventional treatment plus virtual reality sessions. The researchers will measure changes in pain levels, neck disability, range of motion, fear of movement, sleep quality, and anxiety and depression scores.
