Summary

This study aims to see if virtual reality (VR) construction tasks can detect changes in performance caused by lack of sleep. Researchers will observe 12 healthy adults as they complete VR tasks, measuring how well they perform and how they respond to interruptions. The goal is to understand if VR can be a useful tool for spotting sleep-related impairments.
