Summary
This trial tests whether a virtual reality (VR) gamified rehabilitation program, using Xbox Kinect, can improve functional mobility, balance, and trunk control in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Forty-two children aged 7-15 years with GMFCS levels II and III will be randomly assigned to receive either VR-based rehabilitation combined with conventional physiotherapy or conventional physiotherapy alone, over 18 sessions in six weeks. The study measures outcomes like the Timed Up and Go Test, Pediatric Balance Scale, and Trunk Impairment Scale to see if the VR approach offers added benefits.
