Summary

This study tests whether adding immersive virtual reality (VR) games to standard physical therapy helps teenagers with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy improve their balance and coordination more than therapy alone. Forty adolescents aged 10 to 19 will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy or standard therapy plus VR sessions using a Meta Quest Pro headset, three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in balance and coordination using validated scales to see if the VR approach offers extra benefits.
