NCT ID NCT06236919
Summary
This study is testing whether a fun, game-like virtual reality (VR) program can help children and teenagers learn to better manage their emotions. Researchers want to see if this training can prevent anxiety and depression. About 160 kids aged 10-16 will use the VR games for five weeks and their emotional skills and mental health will be measured.
