Summary

This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) program to help people with traumatic brain injury or stroke improve their walking. It compares immersive VR therapy where patients walk on the ground to a standard treadmill-based VR system. The goal is to see if the immersive VR helps patients walk better in their daily lives and improves their mobility and quality of life.
