Summary
This study tests a new virtual reality (VR) walking program for people with traumatic brain injury or stroke. Participants will use a VR headset while walking overground, and their progress will be tracked with a Fitbit and walking tests. The goal is to see if this immersive therapy improves mobility and quality of life better than standard treadmill-based VR therapy.
