Summary
This study tested a virtual reality (VR) program to help young adults aged 18-25 with ADHD concentrate on homework and studying. 60 participants used a VR headset, with some also getting feedback on their focus levels. The goal was to see if VR improves concentration and if users enjoy it. Results measured focus through self-reports and computer activity.
