Summary

This study tests a mix of four drugs (vorinostat, vincristine, irinotecan, and temozolomide) in children, teens, and young adults up to age 30 whose solid tumors or brain cancers have returned or not responded to standard treatment. The main goal is to find the safest dose of vorinostat when combined with the other three drugs and to understand side effects. Up to 30 participants will be enrolled at a single center.
