NCT ID NCT06145633

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding vorinostat (a drug that may make cancer cells more sensitive) to a standard radioactive therapy (177Lu-PSMA-617) can help men whose advanced prostate cancer has low levels of a specific marker (PSMA). About 15 men with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread will receive both drugs. The goal is to see if the combination can turn the cancer into a type that responds better to the radioactive treatment.
