Summary
This study tests a newer acid-blocking drug (vonoprazan) against a standard one, each combined with vitamin D or probiotics, to treat H. pylori infection. About 66 adults with confirmed H. pylori will receive one of three treatments for two weeks. The goal is to see which combination works best to clear the infection and reduce inflammation, with fewer side effects.
