This study tests whether the drug Ivonescimab can safely shrink or control advanced leiomyosarcoma, a rare soft-tissue cancer. About 20 adults who have already tried 1-3 prior treatments will receive the drug. The goal is to see if it slows tumor growth with few side effects.
