Your voice could warn of a hidden Heart-Lung condition

NCT ID NCT07311044

Summary

This study aims to see if a person's voice can reveal signs of pulmonary hypertension, a serious condition of high blood pressure in the lungs. Researchers will analyze voice recordings from 7,000 patients who are already scheduled for a standard heart ultrasound at Mayo Clinic. The goal is to find out if voice patterns can help doctors detect and measure the severity of this condition earlier or more easily.
