Your voice may hold clues to hidden heart and lung disease
NCT ID NCT07311044
Summary
This study aims to see if changes in a person's voice can help detect pulmonary hypertension, a serious lung and heart condition. Researchers will analyze voice recordings from 7,000 patients who are already scheduled for heart ultrasound tests at Mayo Clinic. The goal is to determine if voice analysis could become a simple, non-invasive tool to help diagnose this condition earlier.
