New job program aims to boost careers and Well-Being for struggling veterans

Summary
This study tests whether adding career counseling (Purposeful Pathways) to standard job training helps veterans with mental health or substance use disorders find and keep quality jobs. About 254 veterans will take part across three VA sites. The goal is to improve employment, quality of life, and reduce symptoms.
