Summary

This study looked at whether a program called Vivo can improve leg strength and blood sugar levels in older adults with prediabetes. 74 sedentary people aged 60 and older with prediabetes took part. Over 12 weeks, researchers measured how many times they could stand from a chair in 30 seconds and their average blood sugar (HbA1c). The goal was to see if the program helps prevent muscle loss and manage prediabetes.
