Summary
This study tests whether taking vitamin K2 supplements for one year can improve muscle strength and brain function in people who recently had an ischemic stroke. 190 participants will receive either vitamin K2 or a placebo daily. Researchers will measure handgrip strength and other outcomes over 12 months, with an additional year of follow-up.
