First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether taking vitamin K2 supplements daily for 6 months can reduce the number of migraine days in adults with episodic migraine. Researchers will also measure if it improves artery stiffness, which is often higher in people with migraines. 160 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either vitamin K2 or a placebo pill.
