Could a simple vitamin boost help fight prostate cancer?

Summary
This study aims to understand how common low vitamin D levels are in Black men with prostate cancer and to see if taking vitamin D supplements can improve their immune system function. Researchers will enroll 220 participants with a history of prostate cancer, give them vitamin D for 8 weeks, and track changes in their blood. The goal is to gather knowledge that may help explain why low vitamin D is linked to more aggressive cancer in some patients.
