Summary

This pilot study tests whether high-dose vitamin D can help the body clear blood from the brain after a hemorrhagic stroke. Researchers will give 40 participants either vitamin D or standard care for 26 weeks. The goal is to see if vitamin D is safe and speeds up recovery.
