Could vitamin d be the key to dry days for kids with bladder issues?

NCT ID NCT06201013

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding high-dose vitamin D to standard care helps children with overactive bladder (wet type) reach their goal of zero leakage. About 180 children aged 5 and older with low vitamin D levels will receive either standard treatment alone or standard treatment plus daily vitamin D for 12 weeks. Researchers will track symptoms, nerve repair markers, and family costs to see if the combination works better.
