Vitamin cocktail may boost aging brains

Summary

This study looks at whether taking vitamin D3 with folic acid and vitamin B12 can help people with mild memory and thinking problems. About 380 adults aged 50 to 70 will take either a low or high dose of these vitamins or a placebo for 6 months. Researchers will check if the vitamins improve scores on memory and thinking tests.
