Summary

This study tests a new visual safety plan designed for autistic teenagers who have had suicidal thoughts or self-harm. About 90 teens aged 13-18 will be randomly assigned to either get the visual plan plus usual care, or just usual care. The goal is to see if the plan is easy to use, acceptable to teens and families, and whether it helps reduce suicidal thoughts and depression.
