NCT ID NCT07387887

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study explores whether a simple RGB camera can accurately measure changes in movement size during large exercises like reaching or stepping. Twenty-six healthy adults will perform six exercises while being recorded, and researchers will analyze the videos to see if they can detect when movements get smaller. The goal is to develop a tool that could one day help monitor exercise quality without special equipment.
