First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a new imaging catheter (a thin tube with a camera) used during heart procedures to take pictures of the coronary arteries. 34 adults who were already scheduled for a heart catheterization or stent procedure took part. The goal was to see how easy the catheter was for doctors to use and how good the images were. The study was completed and did not involve any long-term follow-up.
