Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called KD01, which is a specially engineered virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells. It is being given as a direct injection to women with cervical or endometrial cancer who have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to get an early look at whether it can shrink tumors, especially for younger women who wish to preserve their fertility.
