Summary

This study is testing whether online group therapy sessions can help cancer patients cope with the stress and emotional challenges of their diagnosis and treatment. Researchers want to see if these virtual meetings improve patients' psychological flexibility, reduce distress, and enhance their quality of life. The program involves six weekly sessions and is open to adults with various cancer types who are experiencing cancer-related stress.
