Summary

This study tested a virtual support group called the Sister Circle for Black women aged 40 and older who have depressive symptoms. The program ran for 8 weeks and aimed to see if it was feasible and acceptable. Thirty women participated, and researchers measured how many completed the program and how they felt about it.
