Summary
This pilot study is testing whether virtual reality treadmill training can help people with traumatic brain injury improve their balance, mobility, and confidence. Twenty adults aged 18 to 90 who have had a TBI at least one year ago and have balance issues or a history of falls will be randomly assigned to either virtual reality treadmill training or standard treadmill training. The study is currently suspended and focuses on gathering initial data to plan a larger future trial.
