First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether immersive virtual reality (VR) can train children with autism, aged 8 to 16, to better process multiple senses at once. Fifty participants will either receive VR training plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal is to see if VR practice helps them feel more comfortable in everyday environments and boosts their independence.
