Summary
This study tested whether adding a virtual reality driving simulator to standard heart rehabilitation could improve patients' emotional well-being and reduce anxiety and depression. Sixty adults recovering from heart surgery took part. The results help understand if VR can make rehab more engaging and less stressful.
